The redevelopment of this drab
1960's office block is focussed on
repositioning the building in line
with the revival of the Cape Town
office market. Several new office
levels are added, whilst parking is
increased and the building is given
a striking new façade treatment,
placing it firmly in the A-grade
bracket.
